 Processing & Shipping

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Method: We use Royal Mail 24-hour Tracked Service for UK deliveries to ensure reliable and timely shipping.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 12 pm on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

 Delivery Rates & Free Shipping

Standard Shipping: We have a standard delivery  fee, of £3.50 on all orders.  

Free Shipping: We offer free UK shipping on orders over £40, discount automatically applied at checkout.

 Christmas shipping: To ensure delivery before Christmas 2025 orders must be placed by Friday 19th December by midnight, any orders made after this may not arrive in time for Christmas.  

Returns & Issues: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues or faults with your order, please reach out to us at info@allyoubeauty.com, We’re committed to resolving any problems to ensure your satisfaction.

Damaged or Missing Items: In the rare event of your order arriving damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll make every effort to provide a replacement. If any item is missing from your order, please notify us at info@allyoubeauty.com, and we'll investigate within 48 hours.
